Hyperion Property Syndicates is a public company specifically formed to provide investors with quality property investment opportunities.
We aim to secure first class tenants to achieve sustainable income returns and capital growth across a portfolio of diversified property syndicates .

Hyperion Property Syndicates holds an Australian Financial Services licence #281052, which authorises it to act as the responsible entity for various property syndicates.

The Directors and employees have a diverse background and a wide variety of skills and experience which is critical to the successful acquisition, management and sale of real estate.  These skills include property real estate agency services, valuation, finance, management, law and accounting services.

The team comprises:

Ian Greenwood
Ian Greenwood has been Managing Director of Hyperion Property Syndicates Ltd since inception in March, 2004 providing Ian with an indepth knowledge of property syndicates and ASIC licensing requirements.

Ian was managing partner at R&G Consulting, Chartered Accountants, where he developed his professional career. Ian became a partner at R&G Consulting in 1985. His experience in that time has been in providing advice to clients in a large variety of business and investment ventures including extensive involvement in property matters. Ian holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Master of Business Administration as well as being a registered company auditor and tax agent.

Steven Higgins
Steven Higgins has been a Director and Compliance Officer of Hyperion Property Syndicates since inception in March, 2004. Steven’s involvement in all facets of the business provides extensive knowledge to the organization.

Steven commenced his professional career as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and in 1998 became the managing partner at R & G Consulting Chartered Accountants.  Steven regularly advises clients in all aspects of business, taxation and investment matters. Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Business Administration and he has completed the Securities Institutes Proper Authority Holders course and is a registered tax agent. Steven is a practising member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Glenn Howells
Glenn Howells has over 30 years experience in business management, including National Franchise Manager for a major retail chain, he also spent 15 years as Managing Director of Botany Bay Productions, and in 1990 became Director of Access Finance Pty Ltd. All of these roles have involved extensive business management and property experience.

Glenn is a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer and has been involved in property syndication since 1996. Glenn has been a Director of Hyperion Property Syndicates Ltd since inception in March, 2004 and has been involved in all facets of property syndication and licensing requirements. Glenn now successfully manages over $150 million of commercial and industrial property.

Kim Meszaros (Hyperion Property Syndicates Ltd)
Kim Meszaros commenced her career in 1995, in accountancy and administration roles.

Kim’s background is in property management where she was responsible for trust accounting, leasing and management of a portfolio of properties.

Other experience includes time working within a chartered accounting firm and for small business.

Kim joined Hyperion in 2006, and is responsible for accounting, bookkeeping and administration requirements of the syndicates.  Kim holds a Diploma in Accounting.
